Thank you so much …
Thank you so much for this. I know this can be difficult. I have published two articles on the web: one is “Say Yes” and another is “Saying no.”

Jeanine, I think …
Jeanine, I think this was awesome. Especially the Dali lama example. I am having problems with this issue right now- whether to say yes or no- and i don’t want to be socially a ‘let-down’ and I don’t want others to dislike me because of my choice. But it is so hard to make the choice, even though, because it takes a lot of Grace and strength which I cannot find right now. I would like to see that Dali Lama video. Boundaries are very important to teach about because many people have no clue.

Thankyou so much… …
Thankyou so much… this was clear, interesting and informative. I was very impressed with your example of the Dalai Lama asserting his boundaries with his communication style… this is good to know!
Thanks also for the reminder to “honour our intuition”… this is so important!

So meaningful & …
So meaningful & classic in style & grace. I applaud your reclaiming “permission”. When women smile, men think they have permission. A fine way of sharing empowerment, honesty+responsibility and faith in all one does. The work is a great place to stream from everyday so we can live a life we want shedding the decay of resentment quickly safely & deeply. Thank you for sharing this speech & visual emphasis w/ presence where it’s needed most. A great example & instrument for better living. Spot on!
